In the mid-70s, Mediterranean cuisine was discovered, or better yet, identified. Its flexibility, range of ingredients, and regional variations made it an instant hit among people from all walks of life. Characterized by grills, vegetables, and light dressings, the cuisine has also become a phenomenon among the health-conscious. In Sequoia, we were keen to present our favorite selection of Mediterranean cuisine originating from Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Greece, and Spain.
